President(s) 

The responsiblities of the President are to chair PTO meetings; plan, generate and distribute meeting agendas; serve as mail/email contact and liaison for all PTO affairs; offer guidance for all PTO efforts and activities; schedule and chair Executive Board planning meetings; formulate an annual proposal and submit for approval at the Sept/Oct meeting; assist in the distribution of information to parents and teachers; provide support for officers and subcommittees; meet with the school principal every other week; perform other duties as needed. 

Vice-president(s) 

The responsiblities of the Vice President are to assume duties of the President in their absence; attend PTO meetings and Executive Board meetings; assist in formulating and submitting an annual budget proposal at the Sept/Oct meeting; perform other duties as needed.

Secretary(s)

The reponsibilities of the Secretary are to keep minutes for the PTO and Executive Board meetings; attend PTO meetings and Executive Board meetings; maintain the PTO calendar and maintain the school and PTO volunteer list; maintain a PTO log of all agenda, minutes, activity reports etc. pertaining to PTO; perform other duties as needed (email preview of meeting minutes to presidents prior to meetings); prepare copies for distribution at meetings.

Treasurer(s) 

The reponsibities of the Treasurer are to  maintain accounts of all PTO money; attend PTO meetings and Executive Board meetings; assist in formulating and submitting an annual budget proposal at the Sept/Oct meeting; prepare an annual final report to be available to all parents and faculty; make periodic trips to the bank; maintain the concession items stock; perform other duties as needed.
